How long does it take to receive the merchandise I ordered?

 

As our orders and shipping center is in Israel, You should expect your merchandise within 10-14 business days from the time when your order was placed, unless the item you ordered is made to order (this info will appear on the item page), or unless you receive an e-mail from Judaica2000 Jewelry stating otherwise (in case the item you ordered is out of stock).

2.  How long does it take to receive an item that is out of stock?

Though we do our best to make sure all the products we offer are always available, we occasionally run out of particular items. If the item you order is unavailable, we'll notify you within 24 hours. usually, we can ship out of stock items within 10 days.

3.  What are your shipping options and costs?


All orders are shipped from Israel by registered airmail. Orders of over $100 are free of shipping charge, orders under $100 are charged $9.95 for shipping.

there are no additional handling or insurance charges.

If you wish to use a faster shipping method, please contact us directly for cost and delivery times.

Ordering on our site is just as safe as calling by phone or sending a fax. We take every precaution to ensure that both your and our security in not compromised. We use top of the line secure server services provided by "Paypal" . Once you click the "checkout" button, you will be able to see a lock like this at the bottom right corner of the screen, this indicates that all info provided from then on is secure!

Purchase Risk Free-We offer 100% satisfaction guarantee on our merchandise. We are confident that our products will meet your needs, but should you decide to return it within 30 days, as long as the merchandise is unused, we'll exchange it or refund your money . Please contact us for instructions . Shipping costs will not be refunded.

In the event that your item was damaged during shipment, or perhaps it just wasn't what you expected, we will work with you until the situation is made right, either by replacing the item or refunding your money.
